What's included

Cloud accounting software makes bookkeeping faster and gives you a live view of your business from anywhere, but only if it's set up well. Our setup service covers:

• Choosing the right software. We work with Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB Essentials and MYOB AccountRight Live. The best choice depends on how many transactions you process, whether you run payroll, whether you need job or inventory tracking, and who else needs access. We'll recommend the option that fits, not a one-size-fits-all answer.
• Setup for a new business. We configure your chart of accounts, tax codes, bank feeds and invoice templates, and, if you have employees, payroll and Single Touch Payroll, so everything is right from day one.
• Moving your existing records across. If you're coming from desktop software, spreadsheets or another cloud package, we help transition your existing information, including opening balances, customers and suppliers, so you can pick up where you left off.
• Training. We train you and your team to use the software day to day, so you're equipped with the knowledge and skills you need to maintain and understand your own finances.

3. Setup and migration. We set up the software, connect your bank feeds, bring your existing information across and check that the opening figures are right.
4. Training and support. We show you and your team how to use it, then stay available for the questions that come up once you're using it for real.
